AWANA is a non-denominational, Bible-centered ministry for children that provides an exciting method to scripture memory. The focus of AWANA is to present the gospel to children and their families through scripture memory, Bible study and fellowship.

AWANA meets every Wednesday night from 6:15 – 8:00PM. Each club meeting is divided up into three segments: Game Time, Handbook Time, and Council Time. Game Time provides opportunities for age appropriate challenges, competition and team work on our official AWANA game circle. Handbook Time allows clubbers time to recite their memory verses for the week, spend quality time with their leaders, and work on activities together. Council Time allows the clubbers to hear a Bible lesson each week where the gospel is clearly presented and gives leaders time to pass out the week’s awards.

AWANA is divided up between three age groups. Cubbies is for all children who are in the two years prior to beginning regular Kindergarten. All children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade attend Sparks. All children 3rd through 6th grades attend Truth and Training.
