New to online giving? The information below discusses the principles and scriptures that inspire us to give as an act of worship. The online giving links are at the bottom of this page as well, along with a Help Section.
Scripture is clear: God instructs us to give. Not just to give, but to give "bountifully" and "cheerfully." Not out of a sense of duty or obligation, but out of a sense of joy and gratitude. And His Word promises that after we give, He will provide for our needs.
Giving is an act of faith, trust, and obedience. Ultimately, giving is an act of worship!
Trust Him; trust His Word. Give in obedience and in worship; give cheerfully and prayerfully.
Give to Him first (Proverbs 3:9), give Him your best. God deserves it! He does not want our leftovers.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
- 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 NKJV
Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase;
- Proverbs 3:9 NKJV
Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.
- Luke 6:38 NKJV
